During our recent Christmas getaway, we stayed at Hotel Lorena, and it was a delightful experience. The friendly staff truly went above and beyond; I was particularly impressed when the owner prepared a scrumptious pasta dish for us, even though the restaurant was officially closed that night! Breakfast was a highlight too, offering a lovely mix of fresh fruit, pastries, and a hearty omelet-perfect fuel for our family adventures exploring the picturesque surroundings. The hotel itself was clean and well-equipped, with our room featuring a cozy patio where we could soak in the view. Free parking was a plus, making our day trips to nearby treasures like the Museo della Carta a breeze. Plus, with the local beach just a ten-minute walk away, we were never too far from relaxation. Hotel Lorena provided just the right blend of comfort and charm to enhance our holiday, making it a lovely choice for families or anyone seeking a bit of history and hospitality in Toscolano Maderno.
